Keeping fit in older age – my exercise programme

Most days before my Tea at 6pm I do a Home Exercise programme – Aerobic, Stretches and Yoga. This takes place in the bedroom watched by Sam who joins in when I do the Yoga posture called “The Dog” It takes me 15 – 20 minutes only, but it is working! My number of exercises are increasing – today I did 20 Press Ups from the knee, 130 rows with my Rowing Exerciser, and 20 leg stretches against the Rowing Exerciser (two thick elastic rubber things with a handle at one end and stirrups at the other) I also walk Sam twice a day and ride a horse when I can. I reckon this beats going to the gym and should be sufficient to keep a 71 and a half year old reasonably trim. Height 5ft 10 and a half inches, weight 10 and a half stone.
